NEW WEBSITE DESIGN
In December 2025, we launched an entirely new design for our New Kapporet website, making it much easier to navigate and find the information you are looking for, whether you aim to access our helpline or email service, donate or volunteer. Our aim is to consolidate our social media presence and maximise the number of hits on our website, making it easier to find on all search engines. The new design is also far more mobile friendly, as we know that most of those who seek information about us are using mobiles rather than computers. The new website was designed by one of our volunteers, who also happens to be a specialist in this field. So all our funds can continue to go to support those who need our services.
5TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
On 17th May volunteers from around the country (plus one from Holland) came together to celebrate 5 years of our wonderful Ministry. The venue was the state chamber of the Archbishop's Palace in Southwell, Nottinghamshire. Those who couldn't attend were able to watch a live stream of the event. It was a wonderful opportunity to thank the Lord for His leadership and generosity over the past five years. And, of course, we had much fun together, many of us meeting up face-to-face for the first time. For full details see our Anniversary Edition of 'The Cornerstone' below.
YORKSHIRE 3 PEAKS CHALLENGE
These two brothers, Dexter (14) and Zeke (11) successfully completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge on 25th May 2025 in aid of New Kapporet. For those who don't know, this involves a total distance of 24 miles and an ascent of 4531ft - all to be completed in 12 hours. All they urgently required at the end of their endeavour was some chocolate cake. In total. they raised £1500 for the Ministry.

NEW INTERNATIONAL EMAIL MINISTRY
In 2024 we started to receive an increasing number of emails from people in distress or despair, who live in countries outside of UK. We began to realise that many Christians around the world may need listening and prayer support but cannot easily access our Christian Helpline. So, on 1st January 2025, we launched a new international email ministry to enable Christians, wherever they live in the world, to access our support for free and at times that suit them. NEW CAR STICKERS
