 We are a very low cost organisation, staffed entirely by volunteers, who operate from home. 

Where we need your FINANCIAL SUPPORT is to help us fund our Freephone and email services, especially as we work to extend the hours when our helpline is open. 

We subscribe to a Virtual Call Centre.  A 1-hour call to our free helpline costs around £5.00.  

We are striving to ensure that anyone, who seeks our help, can access the service they need at no cost to themselves.
